Which option is right for us?

Who does the contractor sign with?
With Contractor of Record and Full staffing, the contractor signs with GENTY Staffing and you sign a services agreement with us. With Platform, your company contracts the contractor directly. In every case, the contractor works with your team day to day.
How are contractors paid?
Monthly, to a local bank account or a digital wallet, in USD or local currency. With Contractor of Record and Full staffing, we invoice you once a month based on actuals and pay the contractor. With Platform, you run payroll from your own funded account.

Yes — that's exactly what Contractor of Record is for. We take care of the contract, onboarding, and payroll without the recruitment part.
What if a hire doesn't work out?
With Full staffing, tell us and we'll run a new search, so you don't start from scratch. In every option, we handle the offboarding.
